Holding the Signing Ceremony of the Liability Statement of Professional Team Work

On March 5, 2014, Logistics Engineering College held the signing ceremony of the liability statement of professional team work at conference room 502, logistics building. Dean of College, Hu Xiong, Secretary of College Party Committee, Tang Xuhong, Deputy Dean, Xue Shilong, professional team leaders, Head of the Teaching and Research Section, Head of Experiment Center etc ,attended the ceremony. The conference was presided over Deputy Dean, Xue Shilong.

Dean Hu Xiong stated that the college set up professional teams, aiming to gather limited faculty resources of college, centre on undergraduate majors to construct a sound environment for major development, and center on school development direction to make college better targeted, which could improve the quality of undergraduate teaching project, elevate majors and the whole teaching development level of college and form orderly high-end teaching output. college will promote its professional team construction by carrying out rewarding priciple and elimination-motivation mechanism combining spiritual encouragement, policy priority and material motivation.

From last September, college started planning professional team construction work. Through elaborate preparations, college altogether set up 12 professional teams, 2 practice teaching teams included, forming relatively complete team construction projects and regulations of team assessments, rewards and punishments. According to the liability statement of professional team work, teams will centre on school and assessment index of college teaching to carry out all the work.
